Notification of grant of a Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (Class AN Subclass 119) visa

This letter refers to your application for a Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (Class AN Subclass 119) visa which was lodged on 20th June 2011. You have indicated on your application that you wish to be considered for the grant of a Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (Class AN Subclass 119) visa.

I wish to advise that a decision has been made on this application and a visa has been granted on 6th December 2011 to the following applicants:



Initial Entry Date
You and all migrating members of your family unit must make their initial entry to Australia as holders of a Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (Class AN Subclass 119) visa by no later than 17th November 2012. Please note that it is not possible to change this date.

The Visa Grant Notice contains important information about your visa. You must comply with the visa conditions that apply to your visa.

Please keep a copy of this letter in a safe place for your reference.

Your Obligations
You must meet the following obligations.
· commence employment within six months of arriving in Australia or within six months of the visa grant if they are already in Australia
· remain employed in the nominated position in the regional area for at least two years.
