U.S. Immigration: NIW Green Card Approved for a Pharmaceutical Researcher!

Published: 2024.03.12
Hello
25 years in operation · with over 12,000 households successfully placed
We are Success Immigration, the No. 1 immigration company

The client who obtained permanent residency
through the U.S. NIW green card category
first came to Success Immigration in 2020,
the year the COVID pandemic arrived

Let us start with the timeline

Timeline

May 19, 2020: I-140 petition filed with USCIS
June 23, 2021: RFE issued
September 15, 2021: RFE response submitted to USCIS
October 12, 2021: I-140 petition approved by USCIS
January 12, 2022: DQ notice
September 21, 2023: U.S. embassy interview approved

At the time, premium processing did not exist,
so this client filed through regular processing

With regular processing,
you typically have to wait about six months to a year
After about a year of waiting, the client received I-140 approval

Meanwhile, because of COVID, the U.S. embassy
had temporarily suspended immigrant visa interviews

The client must have been anxious over that year or so,
but they kept their trust in Success Immigration
and checked in with us from time to time

Success Immigration explained the visa bulletin and the current situation
on the basis of objective indicators

After the wait, it was only in August 2023 that things began
to move forward,
and immigrant visa interviews resumed smoothly
The client received their P4 letter around that time

After the interview went smoothly,
the client, having lived through the COVID period,
and at the end of a long journey,
finally held the immigrant visa in hand

There were demanding steps such as the REF and DQ notice,
but we stood firmly by their side
and gave them our full support

Thank you once again for sharing
your NIW journey with us

May your dream in America surely
come true; we will be cheering you on
Here at Success Immigration, for 25 years
we have done our very best to help our clients
successfully obtain permanent residency
