As I wrap up the green card process, I want to express my deep gratitude to Attorney Tote and Deputy Manager Son.
The processing took longer than I first expected and the visa bulletin was pushed back several times, so there were many moments when I felt impatient and anxious,
but because the two of them kept helping and encouraging me throughout, I was able to trust and wait to the end.

In particular, there were many questions and uncertainties large and small during the process, and whenever I reached out by KakaoTalk or phone
I never got a formulaic answer but practical advice tailored to my situation, which always put me at ease.
All the document handling was done quickly and diligently as well, and even though the procedure was complex, seeing the whole process
come together so cleanly gave me great confidence.

The care taken on the English side also made a strong impression. For clients like me who are more comfortable in English than Korean,
a separate English site was prepared, and the guidance on the procedure was laid out so clearly that even someone like me with only
a thin knowledge of green cards could easily understand and check things. And being able to see the monthly updates
on the visa bulletin and the explanations through the YouTube channel greatly reduced the frustration of waiting.
Thanks to that, even through a long wait I could clearly see ‘where I stood’, and it eased the
unnecessary anxiety that can build up along the way.

Above all, what I want to thank them for is that even when the visa bulletin looked bad they always sent hopeful messages and encouragement.
Despite the time difference with the United States, they checked on my case regularly and made sure nothing was missed,
looking after every detail. Thanks to that attention and care, the wait was not simply an ‘uncertain stretch of time’ but
a time of preparation and reflection.

The thrill when I finally got the green card was beyond words, but at the same time I will never forget my gratitude to the people
who helped me throughout this process. They did not simply push the paperwork through; they walked beside me so I could get through the anxiety and tension,
and that was the greatest source of strength. I will keep this gratitude with me and treat this experience
as an important asset in my life. Thank you.
