Hello,
We are Success Immigration MCC, the People Who Lead Success.
We are sharing this to help anyone who may be curious about a recent I-140 immigrant petition approval.

EB-3 Other Workersis a program that lets you apply for permanent residency through full-time employment in the United States even without special education or work experience.
It mainly covers full-time labor in food processing, nursing care, farms and factories, and the like.

No education or experience required
Employer sponsorship required
PERM Labor Certification -> I-140 -> NVC interview, proceeding in that order

The case Success Immigration MCC handled this time is a client who began in 2023 and prepared for unskilled employment-based immigration.

PERMapproval date: June 8, 2023
I-140filing date: January 6, 2025
I-140approval date: October 15, 2025

After the I-140 approval, the case moves on to the Department of State NVC filing and document submission stage,
and once the interview is scheduled, the immigrant visa is issued through a visit to the embassy.

The waiting period can vary depending on your filing priority date (Priority Date), so checking the Visa Bulletin is important.

The EB-3 unskilled employment-based immigration visa bulletin announced for November 2025 is as follows.

Unskilled employment-based immigration has a relatively low threshold, but the odds of success rise only when the procedures and documents are prepared meticulously.
