Happy news reached us at MCC recently.
Our client NIW I-140 has been approved!
Our client filed in May 2021 and the approval was confirmed in March 2022, in about ten months.

The client was worried about having obtained only three recommendation letters, but because the recommenders had watched the client work firsthand and gave detailed testimony about the projects they had worked on together, three letters proved to be enough.

Company experience does not necessarily have to exceed ten years, but as a researcher with noticeably fewer years than others, it was not easy to prove greater expertise than more senior colleagues and supervisors. We compensated for this by describing in detail other experience within the company, especially several large projects the client had led. USCIS accepted this readily and the approval came faster than expected, to the applicant own surprise.
