Approval news has kept coming in at MCC through May. This time we bring you news of a client NIW I-140 approval!
Our client filed at the end of February 2021, and although it took a little over a year, the case was approved outright with no RFE.

Our client majored in materials engineering and is an engineer specializing in nanomaterials.
The client began preparing for NIW less than four years after earning a doctorate, and despite a relatively short career and a young age in the mid-thirties, the case was approved in one go with no RFE.
